End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Interactive 84 – “Cursed Echoes”

1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Interactive 84 LLC, a company based in Connecticut, United States (“Interactive 84,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), for the use of the virtual reality video game Cursed Echoes (the “Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game on a Meta Quest device or any supported platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Game.
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
- Circumvent or remove any technical protection measures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Game and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Interactive 84. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest.
4. Updates
We may release updates or patches to improve the Game. Such updates may be required to continue use of the Game.
5. Health & Safety
Because the Game is a VR experience, you acknowledge that playing may cause motion sickness, dizziness, or other discomforts. You are responsible for taking appropriate breaks and using the Game in a safe environment.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive 84 disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interactive 84 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of the Game. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. If you fail to comply with its terms, your license will automatically terminate without notice. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Interactive 84 with respect to the Game.
